One collaboration platform across multiple countries

Al-Tayyar Travel Group is one of the largest travel and tourism groups in the Middle East, publicly traded and operating across multiple countries with a correspondingly complex internal operation.

I designed and implemented an intranet and collaboration portal spanning the group’s offices across every country it operates in, with document management and financial-transaction tracking built in as core features, not add-ons.

Teams that had been operating on disconnected local processes gained one shared system — documents, approvals, and financial tracking consistent regardless of which country an employee works from.
