A single system behind every life-safety function in the building

My role: I implemented the full building-management system — CCTV, access control, alarms, and the fiber backbone underneath it.

Dhahran Tower, in the Eastern Province’s commercial core, needed every building-safety and communications function — surveillance, access, alarms, announcements — operating as one coordinated system rather than a patchwork of vendor installs.

I implemented a holistic building-management system spanning CCTV, access control, SMS-alert-enabled alarms, public address, and the fiber-optic data backbone (with E1 trunking) tying it all together.

The building now runs life-safety and security operations from a single integrated platform — the kind of infrastructure a tenant or owner only notices when it works.
