Workforce management for 300,000+ employees

My role: I led delivery of the private-cloud attendance and workforce-management platform used nationwide.

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Education runs one of the largest public workforces in the country — hundreds of thousands of staff across every school and administrative office in the kingdom.

The Ministry needed attendance and workforce-management infrastructure that could serve that staff nationwide without routing sensitive government data through third-party cloud providers. I led delivery of a private-cloud attendance and workforce-management platform built specifically to meet that constraint.

The system now successfully serves more than 300,000 employees nationwide — one of the largest single workforce deployments in my career.
