Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs manages diplomatic missions in capitals around the world — a workforce as geographically scattered as any government employs, each embassy operating under its own local conditions.

I implemented a cloud-based attendance collation, workforce-management, and monitoring system built to manage mission employees consistently across every embassy, regardless of time zone or local infrastructure.

The Ministry gained a single, centralized view of its global workforce — turning dozens of disconnected outposts into one manageable operation.
