From flight-lounge announcements to kitchen workflow

My role: I designed and built both the lounge announcement system and the iPad ordering platform used in its kitchens.

Saudi Airlines Catering is the catering arm behind Saudia’s in-flight and lounge service — a publicly listed operation responsible for feeding one of the region’s largest airline networks, every day, on schedule.

I designed and developed the AlFursan Business Lounge flight-announcement system, alongside a full iPad-based platform covering restaurant menus, ordering, kitchen workflow, and customer feedback.

Two systems, one outcome: passengers get accurate, real-time flight information in the lounge, and kitchen staff run order-to-table on a platform built for the pace of an airline operation.
