A turnkey volunteer platform with live crowd-sensing

GovTechTransportationWorkforce Management

My role: I conceptualized, designed, and delivered the platform end to end, including the mobile apps and crowd-sensing integration.

Saudi Arabian Railways (SAR) runs the kingdom’s national rail network, including the Haramain high-speed line connecting the country’s holy cities — operations that depend on large volunteer and seasonal workforces during peak travel periods.

I conceptualized, designed, and implemented a turnkey volunteer recruitment and management platform for SAR from the ground up — privately distributed mobile applications, biometric and QR-based attendance, and real-time location tracking of every volunteer on the ground.

The platform integrates with live crowd-sensors to read workforce demand in real time and intelligently reallocate personnel to wherever congestion is building — turning a manual staffing problem into a system that manages itself.
